To help ease you into your workouts, we’ve crafted a beginner workout plan for your first week that focuses on building a solid foundation while keeping things enjoyable and manageable.
Day 1
Full Body Workout On your inaugural day at the gym, it’s crucial to engage multiple muscle groups with a full-body workout. This approach sets the tone for a well-rounded fitness routine.
